Top 5 places to eat in the Bay Area

You guys know that bloggers eat but when we do we do it with style.

So here are the Top 5 places to go if you are ever in the Bay Area.

#1  Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen

Let me take to 137 Railroad Avenue, St. Helena, CA in a cute and quiet corner; Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen. Rustic in tones of whites and blues the whole restaurant had this welcoming vibe yet chic atmosphere. A lovely patio welcomes you in and you have the choice of dinning under the sun or stars in my case, unfortunately it was a bit chilly so inside it was. Once inside it didn’t disappoint. Dark chocolate wood bar where you can have one (in my case two) of their delicious cocktails, welcoming large windows and black and white striped booths.

The two cocktails that you must try are the mojito monte and my personal favorite the Thai-gin-tini a mixture of gin, fresh squeezed lime juice and cayenne rim make it a hot drink of choice. We started with an Avocado and Papaya salad with an amazing dressing that is made from scratch with the papaya seed. I order the Pollo Loco with an avocado salsa and mouth-watering cheese stuffed Anaheim chile on the side, the roasted chicken was tender on the inside yet crispy on the outside having a battle between finishing it first than the black beans hot steaming soup serve with it. My friend had the Rabbit Tostada and being the fatty that I am, I had to try it and I must say it delivered. An enormous crispy tortilla with sweet and sour rabbit in a red chile salsa, black beans and fresh feta cheese. Last but not least since the lovely waiter told us it was the most talked about piece in the menu so we order a Campfire Pie or a s’mores on steroids, a huge roasted marshmallow fluff, creamy fudgy chocolate and breath-taking Oreo cookie crust, on bite and you where in cookie heaven. The whole experience was lovely great service and excellent food. The crowed was welcoming and polite this is definitely a must when ever you’re traveling around Napa Valley.

#4 Lolinda

Hungry for steak? Let me take you to 2518 Mission St. for a traditional yet hip Argentinian steak house. The dark light and sand wood ambience to the restaurant gives a more authentic aesthetic that makes it an it spot for dates, dinner, or simply a cool drink by any of the two bars they have.

#5 El Techo

Roof toping on happy hour doesn’t get cooler than El Techo located 2516 Mission St. The young crowd is energetic and the drinks are so refreshing you wouldn’t want to miss them for there $7.oo dlls margaritas. Amazing street food, a view of San Fran, and trendy cocktails what more can you ask for?

After all the food talk I just got a little hungry starting to think I might go back to San Fran just for the food… AMAZING!
